Mary’s Helm was founded and is led by NiKayo Coble, an education strategist and consultant dedicated to empowering organizations and individuals to bridge gaps in learning, leadership, and behavior.

Our team is made up of licensed and certified consultants with years of global experience across education, health, nonprofit, and business sectors. We combine research-based strategies with holistic practices to create lasting transformation.
